1. Reservation Process
Reservations for our horseback rides are confirmed once the request with all the required information has been completed and submitted. This request can also be made by sending an email to info@horsebackridingmendoza.com.
In case of any modifications to the information provided by the traveler, it must be reported as soon as possible to update the reservation. Depending on how far in advance the cancellation is made, a deposit retention will be applied (see cancellation policies below).
2. Reservation Confirmation
To secure your reservation, a deposit equivalent to 20% of the total tour value is required. This payment can be made via bank transfer, credit or debit card, PayPal, Western Union, Mercado Pago, Bitcoin, or cryptocurrencies.
Once the payment is processed, the customer will receive an email confirming the details of their reservation, along with all relevant information for the activity.
3. Modifications to the Reservation
If the customer wishes to make any changes to an already confirmed reservation, they must send a request via email to Cabalgatas La Crucecita. An administrative fee of $15 USD will be charged for each modification made, regardless of the type of change.
4. Remaining Payments
The remaining balance of the reservation can be paid on the day of the activity with a credit or debit card, or via PayPal – all of these methods incur a 5% surcharge. Cash or prior bank transfer is also accepted before the activity. Payments in Argentine pesos (AR$) will be subject to the free exchange rate of the day.
5. Reservation Cancellation
- If the customer decides to cancel their reservation, the 20% deposit is non-refundable due to administrative and processing costs.
- If the customer has paid the total cost of the tour, and the cancellation is made 10 days before the tour date, 20% of the cost will be retained.
- If the customer has paid the total cost of the tour, and cancellation occurs between 5 to 10 days in advance, 30% will be retained.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the tour will not be refundable.
6. Changes by Cabalgatas La Crucecita
We reserve the right to make modifications to the itinerary or the services offered if unforeseen situations arise, such as adverse weather conditions or force majeure reasons. If it is necessary to cancel the activity for these reasons, the customer will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund, excluding the 20% deposit, which covers administrative costs.
7. Fees and Prices
All prices displayed on our website are expressed in US dollars (USD). Payments in Argentine pesos will be subject to the free market exchange rate on the day the activity payment is made. This can be checked here.
