1. Reservation Process
Reservations for our horseback riding tours are confirmed once the request has been completed and submitted with all the required information. This request can also be made by sending an email to info@cabalgatasmendoza.com.
In case of any modification to the information provided by the traveler, it must be communicated as soon as possible in order to update the reservation. Depending on how far in advance the cancellation is made, a portion of the deposit will be retained (see cancellation policies below).
2. Reservation Confirmation
To secure your reservation, a deposit is required. This payment can be made via bank transfer, credit or debit card, PayPal, Western Union, Mercado Pago, Bitcoin, or cryptocurrencies.
Once the payment has been processed, the client will receive an email confirming the details of their reservation, along with all relevant information for the activity.
3. Reservation Modifications
If the client wishes to make any changes to an already confirmed reservation, they must send a request by email to Cabalgatas La Crucecita. An administrative fee of $15 USD will be charged for each modification made, regardless of the type of change.
4. Remaining Payments
The remaining balance of the reservation can be paid on the day of the activity by credit or debit card or via PayPal, with these options incurring a 5% surcharge. Cash or bank transfer prior to the activity is also accepted. Payments in Argentine pesos (AR$) will be subject to the official Banco Nación exchange rate of the day.
5. Reservation Cancellation
– If the client decides to cancel their reservation, the deposit is non-refundable due to administrative and processing costs.
– If the client has paid the full cost of the tour and the cancellation is made 10 days before the tour date, 20% of the amount will be retained.
– If the client has paid the full cost of the tour and the cancellation is made between 5 to 10 days in advance, 30% will be retained.
– Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the tour will not be refunded.
6. Changes by Cabalgatas La Crucecita
We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary or the services offered in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions or force majeure. If it is necessary to cancel the activity for these reasons, the client will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund, excluding a fixed deposit that covers administrative costs.
7. Rates and Prices
All prices displayed on our website are in U.S. dollars (USD). Payments in Argentine pesos will be subject to the official exchange rate (“BNA dollar”) on the day the activity is paid. This rate can be checked here.
